Taste Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

The Taste Guarantee applies to products purchased from irootfor AB and allows the customer to exchange an opened product under the following conditions.

 

1. Validity

The Taste Guarantee is valid for up to 7 days from the date the customer receives their order.

2. Scope

• The Taste Guarantee is valid for a maximum of one (1) exchange per tub in the order
• The guarantee applies only to taste preference and not to defective products or incorrect deliveries
• The product must contain at least 80% of its original content at the time of return

3. Return Process

To use the Taste Guarantee, the customer must:

• Return the product to irootfor AB
• Clearly mark the package with “Taste Guarantee Return.”
• Include a written note stating:

• The reason for dissatisfaction with the flavor
  • The desired replacement flavor (must be in stock)

4. Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for and must cover the return shipping cost
• Once the return is approved, the customer will be contacted and sent a payment link for the shipping cost of the replacement product
• The replacement product will be shipped only after the outbound shipping cost has been paid

5. Limitations and Abuse

• The Taste Guarantee is intended for occasional product testing and must not be used systematically
• irootfor AB reserves the right to limit or deny the Taste Guarantee for customers who repeatedly use the guarantee across multiple orders
• irootfor AB reserves the right to deny any request in cases of suspected abuse

6. General

• irootfor AB reserves the right to deny the Taste Guarantee if these terms are not met
• All returned products will be inspected upon arrival
